Terms of Use

Plain-language terms for buying and using the service. Read the section on connection requirements before you pay.

Last updated 1 August 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and IPTVPass South Africa (“we”), operating https://iptvpass.co.za. By placing an order or using the service you accept them. They are governed by South African law, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.

2. What you are buying

You are buying access to a streaming media service for a fixed period — one, three, six or twelve months — delivered over your own internet connection. You are not buying hardware, an internet connection, or a licence to redistribute anything.

Your subscription allows a set number of simultaneous connections, shown on the package you chose. You may install your line on as many devices as you like; the limit applies to how many stream at the same moment.

3. Your connection is your responsibility

The service depends entirely on your internet. We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD, 15 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K, on a stable line. We cannot be responsible for buffering caused by your line, your Wi-Fi, your device, or congestion at your internet provider.

If you are unsure, message us with your provider and package before paying and we will tell you plainly whether your line will cope.

4. Content and availability

Channel line-ups and on-demand catalogues change. Sources are added, replaced and discontinued, sometimes without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific channel or title will be available for the whole of your subscription period. Where a channel is permanently discontinued at source we will replace it with the closest equivalent at no charge.

Channel counts shown on the site are indicative of the overall line-up, not a contractual commitment to a specific number.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, rebroadcast or publicly display the service.
  • Share your line beyond your household or exceed your connection limit.
  • Attempt to record, capture, redistribute or reverse-engineer any stream.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate a line that breaches this section, without refund. Abnormal usage patterns consistent with resale may result in immediate suspension pending an explanation.

6. Your responsibility for lawful use

We supply access to streaming media services. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with South African law and with any content licensing terms applicable in your territory. If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, take your own legal advice before subscribing.

7. Payment

Prices are in South African rand and include any applicable tax. Payment is once off for the period you choose — there is no recurring debit order and no automatic renewal. Your subscription simply ends on its expiry date unless you renew it.

Where you pay by bank transfer or cryptocurrency, activation happens once the payment reflects and you have quoted your order reference.

8. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from activation where the service does not work on a connection that meets the requirements in section 3 and we have been unable to resolve it. See our refund policy for how that works in practice.

9. Support

Support is provided over WhatsApp and email, 24 hours a day. Free setup assistance is included for your first device. We aim to respond within minutes but do not guarantee a specific response time.

10. Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream source failures and events outside our control can cause interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place an order. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers.
