Refund Policy
A money-back guarantee that runs for your whole subscription, and an honest account of when it does and does not apply.
Last updated 1 August 2026
The guarantee
If the service does not work properly on a connection that meets our stated requirements, and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. The window is the entire period you paid for — not a short trial at the start of it.
- A 1-month plan is covered for 30 days.
- A 3-month plan is covered for 90 days.
- A 6-month plan is covered for 180 days.
- A 12-month plan is covered for 365 days.
What qualifies
- The line never activated, or stopped working and we could not restore it.
- Persistent buffering on a connection of 10 Mbps or more that we were unable to resolve.
- The service materially differs from what was described when you bought it.
What does not qualify
Being upfront about this saves everyone a difficult conversation later:
- Your internet is too slow or unstable. Below roughly 10 Mbps, or on a line that drops regularly, no IPTV service will perform. Tell us what you are working with before you buy and we will say honestly whether it will hold up.
- A specific channel was discontinued at source. We replace it with the closest equivalent free of charge, but line-ups change and this is not a refundable fault.
- You changed your mind after using the service. Once a substantial part of the period has been used, a refund is at our discretion and may be pro-rated.
- Your line was suspended for breaching the terms — for example resale or exceeding your connection limit.
- Claims made after your subscription period has ended.
Check your line before you buy
Run a speed test on the device you will actually watch on, at around 20:00 on a weeknight rather than at a quiet hour. That number is the one that decides whether this will work in your house. If you are unsure, message us with your provider and package and we will tell you plainly what to expect — we would rather talk you out of a plan than refund one.
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp at +27 60 000 0000 or email iptvpassza@gmail.com with your order reference.
- Tell us what is wrong, your device and your internet provider. We will try to fix it first — most issues are resolved in minutes.
- If we cannot resolve it within 48 hours, we process the refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way the payment came in. Card refunds usually reflect in 3–5 working days depending on your bank. Bank transfers are paid into the account the payment came from, within 2 working days of approval. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same asset at the rate applied at purchase.
Your line is deactivated when the refund is processed.
Renewals
There is no automatic renewal and no debit order, so there is nothing to cancel and no accidental charges to reverse. Your subscription simply ends on its expiry date.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. If you believe you have been treated unfairly, contact us first — and if we cannot resolve it, you may approach the National Consumer Commission.
